Gujarat Giants have been dealt with a major blow after rising star Kashvee Gautam was ruled out of the Women’s Premier League 2024 due to an injury.
Back in December 2023, Gautam became the most expensive uncapped player in WPL history after Gujarat Giants shelled out INR 2 crore for the fast-bowling all-rounder.
The Giants have named Sayali Sathgare from Mumbai as a replacement for young Kashvee, who was also a part of the Smriti Mandhana-led Trailblazers in the Women’s T20 Challenge back in 2020.
